Job Overview:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with HVAC system installations in residential homes
- Help set equipment, run ductwork, and prepare job sites
- Learn proper installation techniques-not shortcuts
- Keep tools, trucks, and job sites clean and organized
- Support the lead installer and contribute to the team
- Ask questions, learn fast, and take ownership of your growth
What We're Looking For:
- No experience required-but construction or mechanical experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attitude and ability to take direction
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
