Job Overview:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with HVAC system installations in residential homes
• Help set equipment, run ductwork, and prepare job sites
• Learn proper installation techniques-not shortcuts
• Keep tools, trucks, and job sites clean and organized
• Support the lead installer and contribute to the team
• Ask questions, learn fast, and take ownership of your growth

What We're Looking For:

• No experience required-but construction or mechanical experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good attitude and ability to take direction
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
